Set the scope of work with simple switches and add extras at your own price. • Price: see Pacero's monthly price, the hours per visit and where the labor goes, built from production rates you control. Set your own price, or compare against what the customer pays today. • Send: one tap emails you a Proposal PDF under your company's name, ready to forward to your customer, plus a Cleaning Plan for your crew with the route, the tasks and the minutes for each area. ASK PACERO Ask why a number is high, or tell Pacero what's different ("it's actually 5 nights a week"), and the price recalculates. YOUR RATES, YOUR MARGIN Set your labor rate, supplies, overhead, target margin and production rates in Settings. Every estimate uses them. ENGLISH AND SPANISH The app, voice dictation, Pacero's questions and the crew's Cleaning Plan work in English and Spanish. Proposals go to your customer in English. Free to download, with a free Proposal every month. An optional monthly subscription gives your company unlimited Proposals.
