Giftwhale Wish Lists

Gifting should feel joyful. It should not require three group chats, a detective board and a last-minute dash around the shops. Giftwhale brings wish lists, gift ideas and gift buying together in one friendly place. Create lists for birthdays, Christmas, weddings, new babies or simply the things you would love. Add items from almost any shop, share your list and help friends and family choose something that is genuinely wanted. SAVE FROM ALMOST ANYWHERE Found something good in Safari or another app? Tap Share, choose Giftwhale and save it straight to a wish list or your private Gift Ideas. You can also add items in the app, fetch product details from a link or import an Amazon wish list. CREATE WISH LISTS YOUR WAY Make as many personal wish lists as you need. Add photos, prices, quantities and notes, reorder items, control who can see each list, invite selected friends, and share by link or QR code. KEEP THE SURPRISE, LOSE THE DUPLICATES Reserve a gift from someone’s list so other gift-givers know it is covered while the recipient remains blissfully unaware. Quantity tracking also helps several people contribute without accidentally buying twelve of the same mug. Unless twelve mugs were the plan. We do not judge. ORGANISE A GIFT EXCHANGE Create a gift exchange, set a budget and invite your group. Draw names, reveal who you’re buying for and check their wish lists for ideas. Find your exchanges under More, alongside Shopping. TURN PLANS INTO A SHOPPING LIST Everything you reserve, along with private gift ideas you decide to buy, appears in one organised shopping list. Group gifts by recipient, see what is still needed, visit the shop and tick purchases off as you go. SAVE PRIVATE GIFT IDEAS Spotted the perfect present six months early? Save it privately, attach it to a friend, family member or contact, and return to it when the occasion is closer. Mark ideas as getting or purchased, or move them onto a wish list later. KEEP IMPORTANT PEOPLE AND DATES TOGETHER Find friends, manage requests, browse shared lists and keep track of birthdays, anniversaries and other memorable dates. Giftwhale can remind you before panic has a chance to set in, and you can gently nudge friends whose lists need a little inspiration. WISH LISTS FOR THE FAMILY Create and manage child accounts from your own profile, without needing a separate email address or password for each child. AFTER THE BIG DAY Mark gifts as received, send personal thank-you messages, tidy away unused ideas and close completed lists without losing them. Giftwhale also includes helpful notifications, searchable lists and cached wish lists for offline browsing. Giftwhale is free for personal users, with no premium tiers. Because finding the right gift is hard enough without your wish-list app asking for one too.
