Bunker Stem: Fuel Calculator

Bunker Stem is an offline bunker fuel calculator and evidence workspace for receiving-side delivery. Calculate quantity, estimate ROB, check BDN/MFM figures, record samples, seals, photos and remarks, and preview a local Evidence Pack PDF before the vessel sails. Use it when a bunker operation needs a neutral local record before signing, sharing, or disputing delivery evidence. Core workflows: - Bunker fuel quantity computer with visible inputs, normalized values, method, rounding and warnings. - Voyage / ROB planning estimate for practical bunker planning. - BDN checklist for supplier, fuel grade, density, observed volume, delivered quantity, sulphur note and photo state. - Stem workspace with status, supplier/barge fields, surveyor, ETA, samples, seals, eBDN verification reminder and discrepancy review. - Singapore-first port context with source/version visibility and manual override. - Fuel Library with offline source/version audit. - PDF preview generated locally before export access. - StoreKit export access for sharing, archiving and repeat professional use. Transparency stays free. Calculations, audit views, source assumptions and PDF preview are available before export access. Paid access is for exporting, sharing and archiving the Evidence Pack. Bunker Stem does not require login, cloud sync or a live network connection for the active workflow. Public data pack values are handled as source-backed assumptions; user-entered BDN, MFM, lab and price evidence remains authoritative. Bunker Stem is not an eBDN issuance platform, supplier marketplace, purchasing system or live bunker price service. It is built as a receiving-side proof layer for crews, surveyors, port agents and operators who need to understand what happened during delivery. Important: Bunker Stem is a practical workflow and evidence organization tool. It does not replace professional judgment, contractual review, class requirements, regulatory advice or official measurement procedures.
