Sprivo

Sprivo is the all-in-one app for independent cleaning professionals. Your schedule, your clients, your bookings and your income — organized in one place, so you can focus on the work instead of the paperwork. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Open the app and see today's jobs, your next appointment and your open windows • A real calendar built for cleaning work: fixed jobs, flexible windows and time off, for a few hours or the whole day • Repeat a job weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly in a few taps • Away for a day? Skip a single date of a recurring job and that time is free again • Get notified about new booking requests and messages CLIENTS BOOK YOU — YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Share your personal booking link with your clients • Set your working hours and travel time between jobs: clients are only offered times that fit your schedule • Clients choose from the services and extras you offer and send you a request • Accept or decline every request — nothing lands in your calendar without your OK • One OK books a whole recurring series — weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly • Sprivo never lets two jobs in your calendar overlap, so clients can't double-book you CHAT WITHOUT LANGUAGE BARRIERS • Built-in chat with every client, automatically translated between 7 languages • You write in your language, your client reads in theirs — and vice versa • Tap "Show original" to see exactly what your client wrote • Rather talk than type? Dictate your message: your words turn into text you can check before you send it • Share photos right in the chat YOUR CLIENTS, YOUR PRICES, YOUR INCOME • All your clients in one list, with address, phone, preferred language and notes (like where the key is) • Set your hourly rate, minimum hours, a deep-cleaning rate and extras such as ironing or oven cleaning • Agree on a fixed price per visit with a client, and every booking you accept from them gets that price automatically • Mark each job as paid once your client has paid you • See what your jobs add up to by day, week, month and year FIND WORK, GIVE WORK • Turn on your listing so clients searching in the Sprivo app can find you — it's off by default • Cover: can't make a job? Post it — fellow Sprivo cleaners can offer to take it, and you choose who goes • Offer to cover jobs other cleaners have posted — that chat is translated too BUILT FOR THE CLEANING COMMUNITY • Use Sprivo in English, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil or Portugal), Spanish, French, German or Italian • New accounts are free for 30 days, with no payment details needed. After that, one simple subscription, and new App Store subscribers start with a 1-month free trial. No commission on your jobs — what you earn is yours.
