Fitness Syndicate is changing your approach to fitness and nutrition. This app puts your membership in your pocket. Get in the door, reserve your spot in class, book a sauna session, and track your training — all from one screen. What you can do: Open the member entrance and sauna with a tap when you're on-site at the gym Browse the class schedule and reserve your spot, with live availability Book hot or infrared sauna sessions Follow your workouts and log every set as you go, then save your favorite routines See today's sessions and what's coming up at a glance Back up and restore your workout history, with automatic sync View your membership status and manage your profile A Fitness Syndicate membership is required to use the app.

Workouts • Rest timer starts automatically when you complete a set, using the rest periods in your routine or program. • Optional spoken rest cues: hear "Rest", heads-ups at one minute and 30 seconds, then "Get ready" and a 3-2-1 countdown. Turn them on from the workout drawer. • The set checkbox is easier to see. • Deleting a set or removing an exercise now asks you to confirm first. • Notes you add during a workout now carry over to the Finish screen, and the notes box stays visible above the keyboard. Routines & Programs • Shared routines now keep their supersets and rest periods. • Trainers: deleting an exercise or workout in the program editor now asks you to confirm. • Revoking a routine share link now asks you to confirm. • Every confirmation now has a Cancel button. Booking • A cleaner goal picker when booking a trainer. • Booking forms keep the field you're typing in visible above the keyboard. Scroll to close the keyboard. • If you leave a request partway through, we'll ask before discarding it. • The back button now looks the same on every screen. Account • Your membership plan now shows reliably on your Profile. Plus bug fixes and polish.
