RaffleHQ

RaffleHQ is the most powerful - and most fun - raffle and drawing app on the App Store. Whether you're running a school fundraiser, charity gala, corporate event, church raffle, or backyard party, RaffleHQ gives you professional-grade tools that are simple enough to use right from your iPhone. THREE POWERFUL EVENT TYPES Free Drawing The classic. Add your participants, hit draw, and reveal your winner with a dramatic live announcement. Perfect for door prizes, giveaways, and team selections. Free for everyone, with no limit on how many drawings you run. Paid Raffle Run a real ticketed raffle with confidence. Set your ticket price, track who paid, and let the weighted draw engine account for multi-ticket holders - so every ticket gets its fair shot. No math required. Reverse Raffle The most exciting format in the room. Instead of drawing one winner, RaffleHQ eliminates participants round by round, building suspense until one person remains. Customize how many are eliminated each round and set podium placements (Grand Prize, 2nd, 3rd). This is the format your guests will talk about. LIVE GUEST EXPERIENCE Guests join instantly with a simple 6-character code - no app download required to watch. They see winners announced in real time on their own device, and follow live eliminations, the winner reveal, and the full podium ceremony. It turns your drawing into a shared experience. Guests can self-register from their phone (with optional email or phone collection), or you can lock it down to host-only entry for paid events. You're in full control. BUILT FOR HOSTS -Create events in seconds with smart defaults -Add participants manually or let guests self-register via code -Numbered prize table with custom labels - name up to 50 prizes -Toggle repeat winners on or off -Set a ticket price per entry for paid raffles -Limit total draws or go unlimited -Pause and resume events any time -Archive completed events and review full winner history -All winner records saved automatically to the cloud THEMES THAT SET THE MOOD Choose from four stunning themes - Sleek Dark, Halloween, Christmas, and Party - and your guests' live view matches your stage.
