MyOfficePilot

Everything on one topic. In one collection. For the whole family. Buying a home, registering for nursery, car insurance or your next holiday: MyOfficePilot gathers everything that belongs together in one collection. Emails, documents, photos, notes, links, places, lists, tasks, events and tickets – in one place instead of scattered across five apps. THE COLLECTION AT THE CENTRE • File in one move: emails, PDFs, photos and scans from MyScanPilot go straight into the right collection. • Nothing duplicated: a filed email stays in your inbox – the collection links to it instead of copying it. • The activity log shows what happened, when and who did it. • Every collection has its own picture, colour and labels – recognisable at a glance. • Deleted isn't gone: the trash keeps everything for 30 days. SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY – AS FAR AS YOU WANT • Share a collection with individual family members – read only or collaborate, you decide. • Work together on notes, lists and tasks, in sync on every device. • Private stays private: what you don't share never reaches your family. • Works with MyFamilyPilot and MyScanPilot: family, contracts and documents fit together. PLUS A COMPLETE OFFICE Email with conversations, signatures and rules, calendar, tasks, handwritten notes and Tickets & Codes for boarding passes and admission tickets. Synced through your iCloud – no third-party servers. Terms of Use (EULA): https://myofficepilot.de/agb/ Privacy Policy: https://myofficepilot.de/datenschutz/
