CraftCost: Handmade Pricing

Know your true cost. Stop underpricing your work. CraftCost is a pricing calculator built for handmade sellers: jewelry, candles, soap, ceramics, art, anything you make by hand. Add your materials, build a product, and see the price you should actually charge to make a profit. No spreadsheets. No guessing. Most makers price by gut feel and quietly lose money on every sale. CraftCost shows you the real number: material cost, labor, marketplace fees, and the margin you keep, all on one screen. WHAT IT DOES • Material library. Log what you buy once (per gram, per metre, per unit) and reuse it across every product. Tell us what you make and the list arrives already filled with the basics of your craft, so you can price your first piece straight away. • Real product costs. Combine materials into a recipe, add your labor and overhead, and CraftCost totals the true cost of one finished piece. • Suggested price, instantly. Set the margin you want and see the price to charge. Or work backwards: enter a target price and see the margin it leaves you. • Marketplace fees built in. Editable fee presets for Etsy, eBay, Amazon and more, so the price you see is the money you actually keep after fees. • Drag to price. Drag on the price to feel the margin move in real time and find the number that works. • Price sheets. Export a clean PDF or image of your products and prices to share with stockists, markets, or yourself. WHY MAKERS USE IT • Built for handmade, not generic business. It speaks in materials, recipes, and margins. • Fast. Your first price in under a minute, no signup. • Private. Your materials, products, and prices stay on your device. No account, and we never see what you make or what you charge. • Works offline. Pricing, costs and stock need no connection. A note on the numbers: CraftCost gives you estimates to make better pricing decisions. The price you charge is always your call. Made by CodeEnsis.
