Bella Vita Restaurant Manager

Bella Vita Manager is the companion app for restaurants on the Bella Vita platform — the AI-powered dining app where guests discover, order, and book. Manage everything diners send your way from one place: accept orders the moment they arrive, confirm reservations, edit your menu, and track your sales and earnings. REAL-TIME ORDERS Receive orders from Bella Vita diners and act instantly — accept, reject, start prep, and mark ready. Keep the kitchen moving without missing a beat. SALES & EARNINGS Track net sales, total orders, average ticket size, and customer ratings in real time. Follow every payout and transaction with clear, color-coded statuses so you always know where your money stands. FULL MENU CONTROL Build and edit the menu guests see in the Bella Vita app: categories, items, prices, photos, and modifier rules with drag-to-reorder. Update availability and pricing on the fly. RESERVATIONS Confirm, manage, and track bookings made by Bella Vita guests. Turn reservations on or off and stay on top of every table. OPERATIONS INSIGHTS Track performance against goals with week-over-week trends and practical tips to improve. Know what's working and what needs attention. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Read ratings and reviews from your Bella Vita guests, spot trending issues, and respond — all in one place. TEAM & PROMOTIONS Invite staff with role-based access, and create or pause promotions that appear to diners on Bella Vita. HOURS & AVAILABILITY Set menu hours, schedule special closures, and pause your store in a tap. Bella Vita Manager works hand in hand with the Bella Vita consumer app. A partner restaurant account is required to sign in.
