1.4.1 — Training analysis • Heart-rate analysis: time in each zone, intensity as a share of your heart-rate reserve, how your heart rate drifted from the first half to the second, and how quickly it fell after your peak. • A comparison chart that lines up elevation gain, distance and heart rate over time. • VO2 max: when Apple Watch has no reading, Voyagr estimates one from your heart rate or your height and weight, and shows where it sits among people of your sex and age (FRIEND 2022 reference data) and among measured road cyclists. • Heart rate from Apple Watch is now saved with every track, and TCX export includes heart rate, cadence and power. • Long replay videos: the screen stays awake while the video renders, and the export stops with a clear reason if you leave the app. • YouTube upload shows live progress, resumes after a dropped connection, and tells you which step failed.
