Skillhouette

Skillhouette has 16 short activities for moments of stress, tension or overwhelm. Choose breathing, grounding or focus, and stop whenever you want. Breathing • Slow Breath has three paces with a longer exhale. • Box Breathing cycles through four equal phases, including two pauses. • Double Breath shows a rhythm with a second, smaller inhale if that feels comfortable. • Optional 4-7-8 Breathing includes a hold, two paces and four rounds. You can pause or stop. Grounding • 5-4-3-2-1 guides you through details nearby and places where you feel contact. A shorter 3-2-1 version is also available. • Draw free traces with your finger in Sand & Water, or switch to large points you can tap. • Other activities include Nearby Colors, Object Focus and Pressure & Contact. Focus • Tap individual bubbles in Bubble Pop. They reappear after a short time. • A tap in Petal Bloom opens the whole flower; tap again to close it. • Soft Sort, Soft Counting, Shape Flow, Gentle Pattern and Quiet Path offer other ways to keep your hands busy. Settings The app uses a dark interface and large controls. Turn on Less motion in Settings, or switch between English and German there. Privacy No account is needed. There are no ads, analytics or tracking, and no cloud sync. Settings stay on your device. Opening the privacy link takes you to the external privacy policy in your browser and requires an internet connection.
