StanCare

StanCare keeps you connected to your rental property, without the back-and-forth. If StanCare manages your apartment in Belgrade, this app gives you a calm, always-up-to-date view of everything that matters: rent, bills, monthly reports, documents and maintenance. What you can do: • Property status at a glance — instantly see whether everything is in order: rent handed over, bills settled, and anything that needs your attention. • Monthly reports — a clear breakdown for each month: rent collected and handed over to you, costs charged to the owner, utility bills, and your net result. Download or share the report as a PDF. • Finances — follow rent, costs and bills in one place, with what's settled and what's still outstanding. • Documents — your contracts, invoices and utility bills, neatly grouped. Open the latest recorded bill per utility, or browse the full history. • Maintenance — the complete history of repairs and service for your property, including status and cost. • Notifications — get alerted when a monthly report is ready, rent is handed over, or maintenance changes. • Reach your team — contact StanCare directly via WhatsApp, Viber, phone or email. Build for owners. StanCare is made for property owners whose apartments are managed by StanCare. Signing in is passwordless — just enter your email and confirm with a one-time code. Available in Serbian, English and German. Your home. Our care.
