Mosaic Select: New Homes Spain

See hundreds of new-build developments on the Costa del Sol in one place — and be among the first to know when a project matching your requirements becomes available. Mosaic Select maps new-build projects right along the coast: apartments, townhouses and villas, from affordable entry-level homes to high-end luxury. Tell it what you are looking for and it keeps monitoring the market for you. Free to download and free to use. EXPLORE THE MARKET ON AN INTERACTIVE MAP Pan, zoom and filter your way along the coast. Every project is shown at its exact location, with high-resolution photography, full descriptions and the detail you need to decide whether it is worth a closer look. FIND PROPERTIES THAT MEET YOUR SPECIFIC CRITERIA Set your requirements — budget, areas, property type, bedrooms, build stage, must-have and nice-to-have features and more. Mosaic Select scores each development against your criteria and shows you both direct matches and strong partial matches, so you see the obvious choices as well as the ones you would otherwise have scrolled straight past. BE THE FIRST TO KNOW New-build availability can change quickly, particularly around the launch of a development. Switch on alerts and the app tells you when a new project launches, when new units become available, and when something new matches your criteria — giving you the opportunity to investigate a project while more choice may still be available. KNOW THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS Every development shows its current status, so you can see where it sits in the development cycle — from early off-plan stages and construction through to completion and readiness for occupation. This gives you more information to consider when deciding when to investigate a project or make an enquiry. YOUR OWN PROPERTY ADVISOR Every registered user is allocated a personal Property Advisor. Ask them general questions — how the areas compare, how the buying process works, what is happening in the local market — and specific questions too: floor plans, brochures, current availability and pricing on any project. They can arrange viewings in person or virtually, whether you are already on the coast or researching from home. KNOW WHO IS BUILDING IT An About the Developer section provides background on the company behind each project, helping you understand more about the developer before deciding whether to enquire. SAVE IT, COME BACK TO IT Shortlist any project with a tap and pick up where you left off, allowing you to enquire when you are ready. KEEP UP WITH THE MARKET New and highlighted projects are brought to your attention as they appear, so you stay informed on what is happening along the coast even when you are not actively searching. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Choose your preferred language in the app settings. Create your free account to save projects, get matched and switch on alerts for the areas you care about.
