Focus Friend - Pomodoro timer

You open your books. You blink. Somehow you’re 14 reels deep on Instagram. Sound familiar? Meet Focus Friend, the Pomodoro study timer that doesn’t just track your focus, it defends it. No more relying on willpower you don’t have! Just press Start, and let Pomo (your tiny tomato hype-man) turn "I'll study later" into "Wait… I actually did it." # 100% FREE. NO PREMIUM UPGRADES. # Get full access to every premium feature including app blocking and Dynamic Island tracking completely free. No strings attached. # FOCUS IN SPRINTS, NOT MARATHONS Pick your rhythm and go: - Sprint: 25 min focus / 5 min break (the classic) - Deep: 50 min focus / 10 min break for serious deep work - Custom: Your timer, your rules. Short, repeatable sessions make starting easy and finishing inevitable. # BLOCK THE APPS THAT STEAL YOUR BRAIN Turn on Focus Shield, and Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube go dark the second you start. They unlock only when you earn your break. You literally can't cheat. Your future self says thanks. # REMEMBER IT TOMORROW, NOT JUST TONIGHT After each session, jot down 3 keywords. That's it. It's called Active Recall a scientifically proven memory hack that beats rereading every single time. # BREAKS THAT ACTUALLY RECHARGE YOU A break shouldn't be a doom-scroll. Each one walks you through a calming, guided breathing cycle that drops stress and reloads your focus for the next round. # AN ALARM THAT REFUSES TO BE IGNORED Phone on silent? In Focus mode? Doesn't matter. You get a persistent alarm at the end of every session, plus your countdown lives directly on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. You'll never blow past a session again. # BUILD A STREAK YOU'LL BE OBSESSED WITH Watch your focus turn into a habit with clean stats: streaks, heatmaps, daily goals, and time-per-tag (Study, Work, Read). Miss a day and you'll feel it in the best way. # SOUNDS THAT SOOTHE Gentle, Chime, or Deep calming 432 Hz tones signal the end of a session without yanking you out of your flow. # NO ACCOUNTS. NO TRACKING. No sign-up. No servers. No tracking your study habits. Because the app is completely local, your sessions, notes, and stats live only on your iPhone. Always. Here's the truth: you don't need more motivation. You need a system that makes focus the easy choice. That's Focus Friend where thousands of "I'll start tomorrow" moments end today.
