The Social Element

The Social Element is Portugal's social wellness club. We combine sauna, ice baths, recovery, and meaningful human connection into one unique experience. Unlike traditional wellness spaces where people recover alone, The Social Element is designed to bring people together. Our sessions create an environment where members can relax, recharge, and build genuine connections while enjoying contrast therapy. Whether you're looking to improve your recovery, reduce stress, meet like-minded people, or simply experience something different, The Social Element offers a welcoming community focused on wellness and connection. What you'll find at The Social Element: * Guided sauna and ice bath sessions * Contrast therapy and recovery experiences * Community-focused wellness events * Coffee, conversations, and social connection * A members-only environment * A unique space inspired by the wellness culture of Bali Our mission is simple: To make wellness social again. Join a growing community that believes recovery is better when shared.
