Kaisora Breathwork

Kaisora is a home for breathwork practice—an intimate space for guided journeys, self-discovery, and greater connection to yourself and life. Through conscious connected breathing, Kaisora offers a grounded and experiential approach to healing, insight, and embodied spiritual practice. These guided journeys support greater balance and resilience in body and mind while opening the door to expanded awareness, creativity, wisdom, and a more connected relationship with your body, breath, and inner world. As a form of active meditation, Kaisora integrates breath, music, and intention to support embodied exploration and direct experience. Rather than striving for a particular outcome, the invitation is to step beyond the habitual activity of the mind and reconnect with the intelligence already within you. The app offers a simple way to stay connected to your practice and community, including: • Registration for live online and in-person sessions • Access to guided breathwork journeys and selected on-demand practices • Kaisora Circle member library and ongoing resources • Session schedules, class links, and account management • A place to return to practice—again and again Whether joining a live session, exploring an on-demand journey, or cultivating an ongoing rhythm of practice through Kaisora Circle, the app offers a simple and supportive way to stay connected. Founded by breathwork teacher Tai Hubbert, Kaisora was created as a space for healing, self-discovery, and spiritual exploration to unfold with care, presence, and humanity.
