WHAT YOU CAN DO • Scan food or log meals and snacks • Track carbohydrates, sugar, calories, protein, fat, and fiber • Log blood glucose readings manually or view eligible Apple Health data • Record insulin, medications, treatments, activity, and body measurements • See Timeline & Insights views for food, glucose, and treatment patterns • Build a 7-day meal plan using your own foods and saved meals • Set personal nutrition and glucose targets with your care team • Create a doctor-ready summary of your self-logged history • Use reminders for meals, glucose checks, medications, and routines • Find nearby clinics and helpful community resources through Care Center • Keep frequent foods, favorites, and saved meal bundles ready for quick logging PERSONALIZED FOR YOU NutriScan adjusts its emphasis based on what matters to you: • Type 1: meal-by-meal carbohydrate visibility and optional insulin logging • Type 2 and prediabetes: daily and longer-term carbohydrate, sugar, and glucose patterns • Caregivers: a clear, organized view of the person’s routine • General nutrition: flexible food and wellness tracking without diabetes-specific framing YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY Apple Health is optional. You can continue using manual logging at any time. Device selections such as Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre are recorded as preferences; supported health data is read through Apple Health, not through a direct device integration.
