Elision Readr

You read slower than you think — not because your brain is slow, but because your eyes are. Every line of text demands a series of small mechanical jumps: word to word, line to line, reset, repeat. Individually imperceptible. Collectively, they're the reason reading feels slow — and why the stack of saved articles, half-finished books, and skimmed reports keeps growing. Elision Readr removes the friction. Built on Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP), it displays one word at a time at a fixed point on screen. Your eyes stop moving. The text comes to you. Studies consistently show comprehension at 300–500 words per minute using RSVP, against a typical reading pace of 200–250. The speed doesn't come from rushing — it comes from removing the interruptions that were always slowing you down.
