About Faith App Blocker: Seek First
Seek First helps you turn distracted phone time into prayer, Scripture, and reflection. Choose the apps that pull your attention, then use intentional unlocks to pause and reset before you scroll. Read the Bible, ask Selah for faith-grounded guidance, pray out loud as a prayer flame grows, keep a prayer journal you can read back like a book, and capture sermons or conversations as private audio notes with on-device transcription and structured summaries. Features include faith-first app blocking through iOS Screen Time, offline Bible translations, Bible study tools, prayer and journal history, private on-device AI, Parakeet transcription on supported devices, and optional Pro access for expanded local AI and focus tools. Seek First is built to help Christians seek God first before giving attention back to social media. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
What’s new
Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 1, 2026
Seek First 1.2 makes daily prayer feel more personal. - Prayer flame: your 30 seconds of prayer now grow a small ember into a full, dancing flame. - Guided prayers begin with the prayer itself, and Selah celebrates with you after Amen. - Prayer Book: read your prayer journal like a book, with monthly chapters, in your color theme. - A new tour with Selah walks you through Home, Bible, Ask Selah, Journal, and Profile. - A cleaner, smaller Live Activity for your focus window. - Today's reading counts once you've actually spent time in the chapter. - Pro is free for everyone through October 31. - Keyboard, layout, and reliability fixes throughout.
