About MemoVana: Voice Notes

Private voice notes that keep what you decided. Record on iPhone or Apple Watch, get the transcript on this iPhone, and open that decision again until you resolve it. MemoVana is for work and personal follow-ups. You speak a note. The transcript is written on this iPhone. The Decision register holds what you decided so you can find it before the next meeting. Your words stay on this iPhone. PRIVATE ON THIS IPHONE Notes stay on this iPhone. Speech recognition runs on the device, including when you are offline. Premium can add Continuity through your private iCloud. You choose when it starts. Face ID can protect locked notes. A locked memo stays out of lists and search. CAPTURE Record with the iPhone microphone or Apple Watch. A live transcript appears while you speak when speech recognition is available. Free voice notes stop at 3 minutes. Premium removes the voice length cap. Before you save, a short review lets you set the title, tags, and action items. TRANSCRIBE On-device speech recognition turns speech into text. When Apple Intelligence is available, MemoVana can add a summary, tags, people, places, open questions, and action items. You can edit the transcript anytime. My Vocabulary teaches recognition the names and terms you use. SEARCH AND ASK Search recent memos by text. Ask My Notes answers in plain language and links each answer to the source note. Free includes text search and a monthly sample of Ask. Premium adds semantic search and unlimited Ask My Notes. CALENDAR PREP AND ACTION ITEMS Meeting Brief lines up your own notes with what is on your calendar, so you can prepare before you walk in. You record on the iPhone or Apple Watch. Action Inbox collects open follow-ups from those notes. You can send action items to Apple Reminders when you choose. Free shows a short look ahead. Premium shows more of the day and the week. DECISIONS YOU CAN REOPEN What you decided stays in a register until you mark it resolved. On Free, the register opens with a labelled example, so you can see how the register works before you subscribe. Premium reads decisions from your own memos, keeps them open, and links each one to the note it came from. INSIGHTS, FOLDERS, WIDGETS, AND WATCH Free shows your capture rhythm and a Sunday preview. Premium opens the full picture: patterns, people, topics, and a weekly briefing. Folders keep notes together. Smart Folders surface what needs you. Quick Record widgets sit on the Home Screen and Lock Screen. An Apple Watch recording comes to your iPhone for the transcript. PREMIUM An optional subscription adds unlimited memos, unlimited Ask My Notes, full Insights, deeper Meeting Brief, semantic search, Smart Folders, attachments, rich export, decisions taken from your memos, and optional private iCloud Continuity. You see the plan and the billing period in the app before you buy. The plan renews until you cancel in Account Settings, then Subscriptions. You can restore purchases after you reinstall.
