RoadBook: Drives & Road Trips

RoadBook keeps your drives in one place: routes, distance, time, photos and road-trip memories. RECORD AND REVIEW Start and save a drive manually, browse your trip library, name a journey and add photos. Road trips group multiple drives. Driving Mode shows available regional road information; camera alerts depend on local rules and data coverage. PRO Pro adds automatic recording, speed and altitude charts, route maps, supported parking and traffic-camera layers, exports and iCloud sync. Choose an allowance for 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 total vehicles. A purchasing Apple account shares its vehicle allowance across devices. BUSINESS PRO Business Pro includes Pro and adds business/personal classification, client and project details, and reports for eligible drives. Review each drive's purpose, destination, vehicle and category. Personal commuting remains Personal. US recordkeeping guidance does not determine your tax eligibility. A drive's Business access is shown separately from its category. Business-covered drives retain tools after ordinary cancellation. A later subscription alone does not cover earlier Free or Pro drives. Optional trip-credit packs unlock selected uncovered drives; credits do not add vehicle capacity. AUTOMATIC RECORDING Background auto-start requires Always location access and opening RoadBook before leaving it in the background. Battery Saver uses low-power monitoring and movement events; iOS may delay detection or miss the beginning of a drive. Reopen RoadBook after force-quitting it. Recording and navigation use accurate GPS. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRIVACY Apple displays the localized price, billing period and any eligible trial before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled in Apple Account settings. Manage subscriptions or restore purchases from Membership. Previously authorized vehicles have at most 24 hours offline after a verified subscription expires; new vehicles require internet. Private route files stay on your device and in your own iCloud. The licensing service receives purchase and vehicle metadata, not GPS routes or Business labels. Community sharing is optional. Usage analytics is off by default, and tracking permission is optional.
