About FitnessPlanner, your gym buddy

FitnessPlanner is the all in one app for gyms and personal training studios. Book classes and personal training, follow your coach's workout, manage nutrition, and track your progress from one place. BOOK Find available classes and personal training times for any day in one calendar. Book for yourself or with a training partner. See upcoming and completed sessions, the club address, directions, and an option to add sessions to your phone calendar. Check your remaining credits and holiday dates at a glance. TRAIN Start each workout with your coach's plan ready to follow. See every exercise, set, rep, and target weight before you begin. Record each set as you train, with your previous numbers one tap away so you can measure progress and train with confidence. Use the built in rest timer to stay on schedule. When you finish, review the muscles trained during your session. Watch exercise videos showing the correct setup, coaching cues, and common mistakes to avoid. Follow your complete plan by phase and week, so you always know what to do today and what comes next. Send runs and other endurance workouts to Apple Watch, then bring the results back into your training history. Keep recording without WiFi and sync automatically when you reconnect. EAT Follow the nutrition plan created by your dietitian. See today's calorie and macronutrient targets, then compare them with what you have logged. Add food by scanning a barcode, searching the food database, or creating custom foods. Copy a meal from another day in just a few taps. Complete weekly check ins and receive replies from your dietitian in the app. TRACK Monitor your body weight over time with a clear trend line and optional reminders. Build consistency with a training streak and review every past workout, set by set. View Functional Movement Screen results alongside your coach's notes. Complete journals and intake questionnaires from your club without paperwork. FOR COACHES See your day at a glance, including the session in progress, what is next, and what remains. Review your weekly schedule and each client's plan, workouts, weight history, and movement screenings. Run sessions from an iPhone or an iPad on the gym floor. Check attendance, select the planned workout, and record your client's performance live. Take over sessions when another coach is unavailable. Record Functional Movement Screen results with scores, notes, and photos, so every client record stays complete and up to date.
