About Projects: Construction Manager

Projects is the app for builders who are tired of running one job across five different tools. Tasks, schedule, budget, clients, estimates, photos, and plans — together in one place, in your pocket. Made by a builder who runs his own construction company on it every day. THE WHOLE JOB AT A GLANCE • Every project leads with the numbers that matter: contract, spent, and projected margin • Change orders, subs, and expenses roll up into a budget that thinks like a builder • A phase-by-phase schedule shows exactly where the job stands TASKS THAT KEEP THE SITE MOVING • Today view puts overdue and due-today first — no digging • Capture in seconds: type it or say it, sort it later • Recurring tasks, reminders, subtasks, and push notifications • Works offline — your changes sync when you're back in signal CLIENTS & MONEY • A client hub with outstanding balances and estimates per client • Snap a receipt — Projects reads the vendor, amount, and date for you • Proposals and progress invoices that match how you actually bill PLANS & PHOTOS • Zoom deep into PDF drawings and mark them up with your finger • Site photos, receipts, and docs stay attached to the job BUILT LIKE IT SHOULD BE • Fast, native iOS — dark mode, widgets, Spotlight, Sign in with Apple or Google • Field seats are free — your crew sees tasks, photos, and plans; office tools stay out of their way Start free. Your workspace comes with a sample job, so it's never an empty screen. No credit card, no sales call.

What’s new

Version 1.0.10 · Updated October 31, 2026

A new look that matches the web app: one typeface, fewer sizes, calmer pages. Home's top bar fades as you scroll, the calendar folds away, and your pinned projects sit on Home. Pinned projects are smaller cards with bigger pictures and the client's full name. One + at the top right of every page holds what you can add there. Tables show more rows on every page. A project's page leads with its name and picture, with plain tabs and quieter pages inside. Sales is a hub: what's accepted, billed, paid and unpaid at the top, then Estimates, Invoices, Payments, Change orders, Clients and the Directory. Signing up is quicker, each kind of job shows its own building, and Next on the email goes to the password. Fixed: the app could freeze when you opened Punch list from a scrolled project. Fixed: clearing a person's title, email or phone now saves.
