VitalOS turns Apple Health data into transparent recovery, sleep, daily load, and trend guidance on your iPhone. It shows what changed, why a score moved, and how confident each score is based on the data available. Core features include VitalOS Recovery, Sleep Quality, Daily Load, daily guidance, trends, score receipts, and clear signal states. The MVP is local-first, uses read-only HealthKit access, and optional account sign-in does not upload raw HealthKit samples. VitalOS is a wellness and fitness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent medical conditions.
