LandLording is a property app for Bahrain. Find a home to rent or buy, book a short stay, get home services, and manage the homes you let, in English or Arabic. FIND A HOME • Browse homes for rent and for sale across Bahrain, from Juffair and Seef to Saar, Amwaj Islands and Riffa. • See the full cost before you visit: rent, EWA (electricity and water), deposit, commission and the move-in total, all in BHD. • Listings checked by our team show a Verified badge and a "What we checked" list with each check and its date. • Filter by area, budget, bedrooms, furnishing, EWA included, sea view, pets and more. • Save homes, book a viewing, and message the landlord. When a landlord chooses to show it, you can also call or WhatsApp them. SHORT STAYS • Book a home by the night. Pick your dates on the calendar and see the total, including cleaning, before you book. • Pay by card inside the app. Your trip, check-in details and host chat are kept in Bookings. HOME SERVICES • Request AC & cooling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, laundry & ironing, or handyman repairs. Add photos so providers can quote accurately. • Compare quotes side by side: total including VAT, what's included, warranty and earliest start. • Providers are verified by our team, and your number stays hidden until you accept a quote. • Follow each job from request to payment, then pay by card in the app. FOR LANDLORDS • Today shows what needs you first: viewing requests, quotes to approve and leases waiting for you. • Create and edit listings with photos, manage reservations and viewings, and keep a calendar. • Prepare a lease with a tenant, agree changes, and sign it together in the app. FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS • Receive job requests in your categories and areas, send quotes, and manage scheduled jobs and earnings. MESSAGES AND SAFETY • One inbox for landlords, tenants, guests and providers. Each conversation stays linked to its home or job. • Report any listing, review, message or user, and block people you don't want to hear from. • Turn on Face ID or fingerprint to lock the app, and choose which notifications you receive. • Delete your account at any time from your profile.
