Voice Accountant

Voice Accountant turns the messiest part of running a small business — tracking every dollar in and out — into a 5-second conversation. Just say it. • "Spent $42 at the gas station, paid with my TD debit." • "Invoice 102 from Acme, $1,200, due next Friday." • Snap a receipt. Forward a PDF invoice. Drop a voice note while you're driving. Our AI assistant reads, transcribes, and files every entry into a clean transaction record — categorized, dated, and ready for tax time. You review and confirm. The AI does the typing. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Voice-first chat — record a voice note and let the AI extract the amount, vendor, category, and date. • Photo receipts — snap a receipt, get a structured transaction with line items and tax. • Document upload — PDFs, invoices, bank statements, all parsed automatically. • Records tab — searchable list of every transaction, with trash and restore. • Reports tab — filter by date range, export to CSV or Excel for your accountant. • Accountants directory — invite your accountant by email, or find a verified pro. • Multi-language UI — English, Français, Español, فارسی, with right-to-left support. • Light, dark, and auto theme. • Push notifications for new transactions, AI replies, and accountant activity. BUILT FOR SMALL BUSINESS • Canadian GIFI codes baked in for tax filing. • Multi-currency: ISO 4217 currencies including CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, IRR, and more. • Save your companies, projects, and bank accounts once — the AI auto-links them to new transactions. • Voice messages and receipts attach to the same record so you have one source of truth at audit time. • Full CSV / Excel export — your data is yours, always. PRIVACY & SECURITY • Chat history is encrypted on your device using iOS Keychain. • Files are uploaded to a private, per-user folder on AWS S3. • No ads. No analytics SDK. We do not sell your data. • Delete your account and all your data any time from inside the app. Voice Accountant uses AI to draft transaction records. Output is informational only, not professional accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all entries before relying on them. SUBSCRIPTION • Free tier: 30 AI chat messages per period, then upgrade for unlimited use. • Pro: auto-renewing monthly subscription, cancel any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
