DanFit - Seu Treinador IA

DanFit is the AI fitness coach that connects everything you already track — training, running, sleep, nutrition, weight — into a single conversation. Send a Garmin .fit file, a screenshot of your Strava splits, or just say "I had bread and cheese for lunch." The Coach reads it, proposes the entry for you to confirm, and keeps it all connected: the run you did this morning, Wednesday's rough night of sleep, Thursday's calorie deficit — all in the same cross-analysis. WHAT'S INSIDE • A conversational AI Coach that reads photos, files, and free-form text. Every change is confirmed visually before anything is saved. • Direct import from Garmin (.fit, .tcx, .gpx, and Garmin Connect .zip), plus screenshots from Strava, Apple Fitness, and other platforms. The AI extracts the data; you just confirm. • Automatic cross-analysis after every meaningful entry — not just "you ate X kcal," but "you ate X kcal after 5 hours of sleep and a hard workout; here's what to adjust." • A fully customizable "Today" dashboard: nutrition, hydration, sleep, weight, strength, sports. Reorder by priority or hide what you don't use. • Editable A/B/C/D workout prescriptions — build them by hand or by talking to the Coach. Every exercise with configurable sets, reps, rest, and measurement. • Granular history with per-item undo — delete just the cookie, keep the rest of the day. • Sync between iPhone and Mac via iCloud. One-time purchase covers both. • Automatic local backup in .danfit.json — stored under "On My iPhone → DanFit" in the Files app. Restore everything without relying on the cloud. • Works offline with a clear notice. Failed messages get a "Try again" button that preserves your draft and attachments. PRIVACY Your data stays in your iCloud. No proprietary server holding your weight, meals, or sleep. AI analyses pass through a proxy that only relays the call — nothing is collected or stored. NATIVE iOS 26 Built in SwiftUI with Liquid Glass. Native Brazilian Portuguese, with English available in Profile → Language. WHO IT'S FOR People who already log weight, training, and nutrition across several separate apps and are tired of never seeing the connection between them. People who train seriously (Garmin, Strava) and want detailed coaching, not a cute streak. No account, no disguised subscription, no tracker. DanFit Premium (subscription) • AI Coach with no daily message limit • $14.99/month, auto-renewing Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
