ServeFix: Tennis Serve Coach

Fix your tennis serve with AI. Prop your phone. Hit record. Fix your serve. ServeFix analyzes your serve technique in seconds — toss, trophy pose, hip rotation, contact height, knee bend, and stance. Your first analysis is free: see your serve with the skeleton overlay, your #1 mistake to fix, and the one thing you're already doing well. No sensors. No cloud. Built for players who practice alone and want real feedback without a $30/month subscription or a court-mounted camera. WHY SERVEFIX Most tennis apps either measure serve speed or record full matches. ServeFix does something different: it breaks down your serve technique and tells you what to fix. It's a serve coach in your pocket — not a radar gun, not a match tracker. HOW IT WORKS 1. Record a serve or upload from your library (3-15 seconds) 2. Stand side-on so your full body is visible 3. Free: your serve video with skeleton overlay, your top mistake and its fix, and your top strength 4.
