Rifapp: Raffle ticket book

Running a 100-number raffle? Rifapp is your digital ticket book to keep track of and organize the numbered tickets for your own activity. It replaces the paper notebook, scattered WhatsApp chats and hand-made spreadsheets. You organize your own activity; Rifapp only helps you keep the records. Share a registration link with your participants, they reserve their number from their phone (no download needed), and you keep track of who reserved and who confirmed payment. Payments are arranged and made directly between you and your participants — Rifapp does not process or receive any money. ——— WHAT IT'S FOR ——— • School and class fundraisers • Nonprofits, churches and charity events • Birthdays, farewells, baby showers • Company or sports-team activities • Any activity where you need to track numbered tickets ——— KEY FEATURES ——— • Visual ticket book — number grid color-coded by status (free, reserved, paid) • Registration link — share via WhatsApp, participants reserve with no app • Flexible assignment — manual, via link, or both • Reservations with timeout — auto-frees unconfirmed numbers • Payment receipts — attach a photo of the receipt to the ticket and keep it on file • Winner selection — random inside the app with animation, or record the number the organizer announces • WhatsApp reminder — tap to open the chat with a pre-written message • Prize photo — show it on the registration link • Dark mode and multi-language (Spanish and English) ——— FREE VS PREMIUM ——— Every activity you register is FREE and supports up to 100 numbers.
