About Educast
Educast helps schools run daily operations from one connected platform, so admins, teachers, parents, and students can stay on the same page. Instead of managing attendance in registers, fees in spreadsheets, homework on messages, and reports in separate files, Educast brings core school work into one simple app experience. With Educast, schools can manage: Attendance Mark daily attendance, period-wise attendance, late entries, absentees, and class records. Schools can also use QR-based attendance and supported smart attendance options such as RFID or biometric integrations where enabled. Fees and Payments Track fee dues, collections, receipts, payment modes, student fee history, reminders, and reports. Educast helps the school office follow up clearly and gives parents better visibility into pending and paid amounts. Homework, Notices, and Communication Teachers and admins can share homework, announcements, events, notices, and important updates with parents and students. Families get school information in one place instead of relying on scattered calls or messages. Exams and Report Cards Plan exams, enter marks, manage grading patterns, generate report cards, and review academic performance with structured reports. Student Records Keep student profiles, class details, parent information, documents, certificates, ID cards, and academic records organized and searchable. Reports and Dashboards School leaders can review attendance, fees, academics, student activity, and daily operations through useful dashboards and exportable reports. Timetable, Calendar, and Academic Planning Manage school sessions, holidays, timetables, syllabus progress, textbook completion, and academic schedules from the admin side. Role-Based Access Educast is built for different users in the school ecosystem. Admins, principals, teachers, parents, and students see the information and tools meant for their role. Parent and Student Updates Parents can stay informed about attendance, fees, notices, homework, events, and results without repeatedly contacting the school office. Educast is designed for schools that want cleaner operations, faster communication, better records, and less repetitive manual work. Whether your school is starting with attendance, fee management, parent communication, or a full ERP rollout, Educast can grow with your workflow.
