About Fueld Fitness
Most fitness apps hand you a dashboard and walk away. Fueld is different — it's a coach that has an app, not an app that has a coach. Fueld learns your goal, your schedule, and how your week actually went — then tells you one clear thing to do next. Every morning it reads your sleep, recovery, and yesterday's work and talks you through the day ahead in plain language. It remembers what you told it. It adjusts when life gets in the way. A COACH THAT KNOWS YOU - A daily brief in your coach's voice — what to train, eat, and focus on today - Remembers your context — injuries, a rough week, how your last session felt — and follows up - Explains the "why" behind every number, so you understand your body a little better each day TRAINING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU - Ask for anything: "swap today for legs," "build me a 30-minute workout," "move my session to tomorrow" - Trains around your goal — strength, fat loss, general health, or an event like Hyrox, a 5K, or a marathon - Works around injuries and the equipment you actually have NUTRITION WITHOUT THE MATH - Calorie and macro targets from your real stats and goal, adjusted from your weekly trend - Fast food logging and a coach who answers "what should I eat?" PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING - A weekly "State of You" connecting your sleep, training, and nutrition into one honest read - Photo and weight tracking that shows the change the scale misses Pick your coach. Tell them your goal. Show up. — Fueld provides fitness and nutrition coaching for general wellness. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage in Settings.
