About MotoVolume: Auto Volume

Speed up, volume up. Try it free for 3 days. MotoVolume automatically adjusts your phone's media volume based on your GPS speed on every Bluetooth ride — loud against wind and engine noise when you ride, quiet when you stop out of respect for the people around you. Motorcycle, scooter, bike, skateboard or roller skates. Works with Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and any music app you use. THE STORY Most riding audio apps promise "louder sound." We do the opposite: don't be that one at the red light. You hit the road with your Bluetooth speaker on. Great ride. Then you stop at a light and everyone within ten meters hears your whole playlist. MotoVolume was built for that moment. WHAT IT DOES • MotoVolume changes your music volume automatically based on your GPS speed. You don't need to touch any buttons while riding. • It controls your phone's system media volume — the same level your volume buttons control. It never changes anything inside Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, or any music app. • MotoVolume works with helmet speakers, Bluetooth headphones and speakers — basically any device that receives audio over Bluetooth. • Volume changes are smooth, never sudden. Just gentle fade in and fade out. • Design your own speed–volume curve, with Day, Night and Custom sound profiles. • GPS only runs while ride mode is on. When you turn it off, location stops too. MADE FOR MotoVolume is made for daily riders, not racers. Scooter, motorcycle, bike or skateboard — if you ride in the city and listen with a helmet or Bluetooth speaker, this app is for you. • Daily urban commuters and scooter riders • Cyclists and everyday riders • Skateboard and inline-skate riders • Helmet speaker and Bluetooth speaker users • Anyone who'd rather not blast music at the red light FREQUENTLY ASKED Q: Does it work with Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music? A: Yes. MotoVolume controls your phone's system media volume — the same level your volume buttons control. It works with every music app: Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and podcasts. Q: Does it work in my car? A: Not officially. It works if your phone plays through the car's normal Bluetooth, but with Apple CarPlay active the car controls the volume, so MotoVolume can't change it. That's why we don't list cars. Q: Does it drain my battery? A: GPS only runs while ride mode is on. Turn ride mode off and location stops right away. Battery use during normal rides stays low. Q: Does it change anything inside my music app? A: No. MotoVolume never touches Apple Music, Spotify, or any other app's settings. It only changes your phone's system media volume. Q: Is it free? A: Setting up is free: your curve, sound profiles and all settings. Riding with automatic volume needs a subscription — and the monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Q: Is my location private? A: Your speed is calculated on your phone, and your ride route is never sent anywhere or saved. GPS is read only while ride mode is on. Like most apps, we use app usage statistics and crash reports to improve MotoVolume — see our Privacy Policy for details. ABOUT PERMISSIONS MotoVolume reads location (GPS) only while ride mode is active, to calculate your speed on your phone. Your ride route is never sent anywhere or saved. Battery-conscious by design.
