InciTeam

InciTeam helps operations teams route incidents to the right team member based on roster coverage, schedules, availability, breaks, leaves, and CI ownership. Built for incident response and support teams, InciTeam connects with authorized ServiceNow environments and helps teams manage assignment logic from one place. Key features: • View roster and schedule coverage • Manage team members and team availability • Track leaves and breaks • Link supported configuration items • Maintain CI-to-user routing order • Review assignment logs and operational summaries • Run diagnostics for routing readiness • Receive push notifications when incidents are assigned • Use role-based access for admins, managers, and read-only users • Manage account privacy and account deletion from the app The iOS app works with the InciTeam web application and uses the same secure backend APIs, so teams can access consistent data across web and mobile. InciTeam is intended for organizations and teams that already use InciTeam accounts. Some features require configured workspace access and an authorized ServiceNow test or production environment.
