Pomello

Pomello is the mobile companion for property managers running short-term-rental operations. Built for teams managing multiple listings across booking channels like Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct bookings, Pomello brings your day-to-day operations dashboard into your pocket. See every property at a glance from a unified operations dashboard, with upcoming check-ins, check-outs, and recent activity summarized the moment you open the app. Drill into a reservations calendar for any property to review bookings, availability, and stay dates. Guest communication lives in one place: a unified messaging inbox pulls conversations from every connected channel into a single thread per guest, so nothing gets missed across platforms. Reply directly from your phone, with AI-assisted drafting to help you respond quickly and consistently. Push notifications keep you ahead of what matters — new bookings, cancellations, and incoming guest messages arrive as alerts that take you straight to the relevant thread or calendar date, no digging required. Pomello is a business tool: accounts are provisioned by your property management company's administrator, and sign-in uses your existing Google or Apple account. If your organization already uses Pomello on the web, sign in here with the same credentials to manage properties on the go.
