GeoServex FMS

This application is designed to simplify and optimise field workforce management by connecting mobile workers with internal administrators through a powerful, integrated platform. Administrators can easily create and manage client profiles, define job requirements, organise work into structured tasks, and assign workers with precision. The system enforces task dependencies, ensuring that each step of a job is completed in the correct sequence, improving consistency and operational discipline. Field workers can access their assigned jobs through the mobile app, track work duration, and mark tasks as completed. This structured approach minimises errors, reduces miscommunication, and keeps work aligned with defined processes. The platform provides visibility into job progress, worker updates, and completion status. Every action and milestone is logged, creating a transparent and traceable workflow that enhances accountability, improves service quality, and reduces manual coordination. Whether managing day-to-day field activities or monitoring overall operations, this solution empowers organisations to operate more efficiently while delivering a better client experience.
