Pour Over Coffee Timer & Drip

PREMIUM — PURCHASE REQUIRED: All features described below are part of Pro and require a purchase: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Pour Over Coffee Timer walks you through every phase of a pour-over brew — bloom, pulse pours and drawdown — with the exact water grams and timing for each step. Pick V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex or AeroPress, press start, and pour when the ring tells you to. Every recipe uses the coffee-to-water ratio each brewer's manufacturer actually publishes — 1:16.7 for Hario V60, 1:16 for Kalita Wave and Chemex, 1:13.5 for the inverted AeroPress — stated as ratios so they scale honestly to any dose. And the app is straight with you about what a timer can and cannot fix: the built-in brew guide names the six variables that really move the cup (grind size, water temperature, bean freshness, filter, agitation, altitude) and gives you a calibrate-once procedure instead of pretending one schedule suits every bean. WHAT YOU GET • A brew that runs itself: each phase shows its target grams and a pour hint, taps a countdown haptic in the last 3 seconds so you can lift the kettle without looking, and cues you the moment the next pour starts • Manufacturer-accurate recipes for Hario V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex and AeroPress — published ratios, not guesses • Scale any recipe to your dose: set 22 g instead of 15 g and every pour target moves with the ratio, while phase times honestly stay put — brew time is set by grind, not dose • Build your own pour schedules step by step: bloom length, pulse count, grams per pour • A brew log that records what actually happened — beans, water, how long the timer really ran, your star rating and tasting notes • A timer you cannot break: the screen stays awake mid-pour, the brew keeps running if you leave the screen, and a notification still fires with your phone face-down next to the scale PERFECT FOR • Home brewers who want Tuesday's V60 to taste like Saturday's • Anyone who just bought a gooseneck kettle and a scale and needs to know what to actually do with them • AeroPress owners who want the inverted method timed instead of guessed • Coffee people dialing in a new bag and keeping notes on what worked WHY NOT JUST USE A KITCHEN TIMER? A kitchen timer tells you when three minutes are up. It does not tell you that at 0:30 the bloom ends and 60 g of water should already be in the bed, or that a Chemex drawdown needs a full extra minute. Pour-over is a schedule of pours, not one countdown — this app runs the schedule for you. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your brew log lives on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking, and nothing leaves your phone. PREMIUM (PURCHASE REQUIRED) Full access unlocks the complete recipe set (Kalita Wave, Chemex and AeroPress), the custom recipe builder and the dose scaler. Pick the plan that suits you: a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Grind your beans, tap start, and pour the best cup you've made all week — today.
