What’s new
Version 2.2 · Updated October 7, 2026
For the committee Advance payments: neighbours can pay several months up front, as a number of months or as one lump sum. Mark all as paid: when the whole building has paid, the committee confirms it with one tap. "Who paid?" reminder: the committee gets a nudge each month if some apartments still aren't marked as paid. Receipts: a neighbour gets a receipt as soon as the committee records their payment, on the app or on WhatsApp. Pay back as credit: a neighbour who paid for a building expense can have it counted toward their monthly dues instead of getting cash back. Split bills: one expense can be recorded as paid by several neighbours, each with their own share. Several payments at once: a neighbour can report one payment covering several months, and the committee approves it in one step. Bringing neighbours in through WhatsApp Monthly summary: one tap sends the building's WhatsApp group the month's totals and spending, without naming any apartment. See who has joined: the committee can see how many apartments are on the app and who hasn't joined yet. Personal invites: each neighbour can be invited with a personal WhatsApp message, and a Jordanian number links them to their apartment automatically. WhatsApp reminders: neighbours who aren't on the app get their payment reminder on WhatsApp with the amount and the committee's CliQ alias. Reliability Safe payments: a payment is never half-saved or recorded twice, even if the connection drops. Always up to date: coming back to the app shows changes made on other phones straight away. Smarter notifications: the app explains what its notifications are for before asking permission.
