Wax Cache: Card Inventory

Run your card business from your phone. Wax Cache helps collectors who sell turn a pile of cards into organized inventory. Scan sports and trading cards, find the right box, prepare eBay listings, and keep track of sales. SCAN AND SAVE Photograph your cards or upload photos. AI-assisted entry helps fill in card details for you to review before saving. Keep front and back images, purchase costs, and notes with your inventory. FIND IT WHEN IT SELLS Organize cards by box and location so your inventory matches your real storage. Search your collection, find the card, and know where to pull it. Print QR labels that open the matching box or card in Wax Cache. TURN INVENTORY INTO LISTINGS Connect your eBay account to create listings from saved cards. Prepare batches of listing drafts, review the details, and publish individual cards or lots. Resume saved work from the Selling workspace. KNOW WHAT SOLD Review recorded sales, revenue, and gross profit where purchase costs are known. Keep sold history, record sales made elsewhere, and export sales reports. KEEP PRICES AND INVENTORY TOGETHER Review available estimates and sold comparisons alongside your own costs and manual prices. Track collection value and share selected boxes or individual card links with buyers. START FREE Free includes the inventory and seller tools: - Up to 25 owned cards, counting each copy. - Up to 5 boxes and 5 locations. - 5 newly listed physical cards per month. - 50 AI scans and 50 fresh price lookups per month. - QR labels, listing drafts and batches, reports, exports, and sharing. Monthly allowances reset each UTC calendar month. Lots and added listing quantities count toward the five-card publishing allowance. A card counts whether it sells or not; ending a listing does not restore the allowance. Automatic eBay renewals and ordinary edits do not use it. Fresh price lookups include background refreshes; saved results and manual prices do not use a fresh lookup. GROW WITH WAX CACHE HOBBY Hobby gives you unlimited cards, boxes, and locations, no monthly listing cap, and higher scan and pricing allowances. Optional monthly and annual subscriptions are available. Pricing and renewal details are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. An eBay account connection is required to publish to eBay. Wax Cache is not affiliated with eBay or any trading card brand.
