JustLogbook

JustLogbook is the digital flight logbook built for ULM and light aircraft pilots. Stop carrying a paper logbook that gets lost, soaked, or left at home. Log every flight in 30 seconds — from the app or by sending a WhatsApp message to our bot — and let JustLogbook do the math. Built in Spain, compliant with RD 182/2026, and ready to generate the official AESA PDF in one tap. WHY PILOTS SWITCH FROM PAPER • Never lose a flight again. Every entry is backed up daily on European servers (Germany, GDPR). • Hours calculated automatically. PIC, Dual, SPIC, day and night landings, totals — no more adding columns by hand. • Export the official AESA PDF in one tap, or download everything as an Excel sheet whenever you need it. • Manage every aircraft you fly — registration, model, engine — without retyping data on every flight. • Already have hours? Import your previous logbook or add a single starting balance and pick up where you left off. LOG FLIGHTS BY WHATSAPP Just landed? Send a short message to our WhatsApp bot — "1:30h in EC-XYZ from Sabadell, PIC" — and the flight is logged instantly. No app to open, no forms to fill. You can also ask the bot for your totals at any time. SCAN YOUR PAPER LOGBOOK Take a photo of a page of your paper logbook and our OCR turns each line into a digital flight, ready to review and confirm. Bring years of paper history into JustLogbook in minutes. IMPORT FROM SKYDEMON Already tracking flights in SkyDemon? Import your logs automatically. Routes, times and airfields land in your logbook without typing. FREE AND PREMIUM JustLogbook is free to use: register flights, calculate hours, and try one OCR import on us. Upgrade to Premium when you need: • Unlimited personal logbooks • Unlimited OCR imports of paper logbooks • Shared aircraft logbook (multi-pilot) • Photos on flights • Official AESA PDF export • Excel export • Priority support Premium is an annual subscription. Try it for 14 days — if it isn't for you, we refund you, no questions asked.
