Inner House: Plural System

Inner House is a private home for plural systems to understand who’s here, stay connected, organize what matters, and build a space that feels like your own. Whether you’re newly discovering your system or have known each other for years, Inner House gives every part a place to belong without forcing you into one way of experiencing plurality. YOUR HOUSE, YOUR WAY Create a profile for every part with their own name, pronouns, color, room, appearance, role, likes, dislikes, comforts, triggers, notes, and more. Organize large or small systems with groups and shared spaces, personalize your House, and choose the terminology that feels right for you. KNOW WHO’S HERE • Log fronts, co-fronts, and other kinds of presence quickly • See who’s been around and notice patterns over time • Add mood, energy, notes, tags, and other context when you want it • Use Quick Front when you just want to check in and move on EXPLORE YOUR INNER WORLD Build visual inner-world maps with places, rooms, paths, connections, layers, and the parts connected to them. Your inner world does not have to be clear, complete, or consistent. Inner House gives you room to record it as you understand it. A PLACE TO COMMUNICATE Leave notes for each other, use House Chat, create polls, write House Rules, keep reminders, post to profile walls, and give different parts their own spaces to communicate. KEEP IMPORTANT THINGS TOGETHER Inner House includes tools for: • Journaling and memory keeping • Care notes and reminders • Therapy preparation and summaries • Grounding and Safe Room supports • Medication and routine tracking • Custom fields for the things that matter to your system • Search, organization, imports, exports, and backups CONNECT WITHOUT GIVING UP CONTROL Connections are optional and invite-only. You decide what another person can see, whether that’s another system, a trusted supporter, or a therapist. Sharing is off by default and can be changed or stopped at any time. Supporters and therapists you invite can have focused spaces designed around the information you actually choose to share with them. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your House is yours. • Nothing is shared automatically • Sharing is permission-based and under your control • Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device-lock protection adds another layer of privacy • Export your own information whenever you want • Your account keeps your House backed up and available across your devices CORE TOOLS STAY FREE You can create your system, add profiles, track fronts, communicate, organize your House, and use the core Inner House experience without paying.
