RoadPple: Organize Group Trips

RoadPple is the easiest way to coordinate a trip with the people who matter. You’ve got the trip planned. Now you need to know who’s actually coming. RoadPple gives you one place to invite your people, manage responses, keep track of confirmed goers, fill open spots, share trip details, collect direct payments and keep everyone updated. Whether it’s a weekend getaway, a day trip, a group vacation, or a hangout across town, RoadPple helps you manage the group from invite to departure. FOR PLANNERS You organize the trip. RoadPple helps you organize the people. • Create your trip and invite your group • See who has accepted, declined, or hasn’t responded • Set the number of available spots • Keep track of confirmed goers • Add backup goers when a trip is full • Fill open spots when someone drops out • Share trip details and updates with everyone • Message your group in one place • Keep your guest list organized as plans change No scrolling through old messages to remember who said yes. No keeping a separate list of who might come. No starting over when someone cancels. You can see where everyone stands and keep the trip moving. FOR GOERS Got invited to a trip? RoadPple makes it easy to respond and keep up with everything you need to know. • View trips you’ve been invited to • Accept or decline your invitation • See important trip details in one place • Know when your spot is confirmed • Receive updates from the planner • Message your planner and group • Keep track of the trips you’re joining WHEN PLANS CHANGE Someone drops out. Someone else wants in. The trip doesn’t have to become another round of messages. RoadPple helps planners keep track of available spots and backup goers, so the group can change without the entire plan becoming confusing. BUILT FOR GROUP TRIPS RoadPple works for the trips people actually organize together: • Weekend getaways • Birthday trips • Girls’ and guys’ trips • Family trips • Day trips • Road trips • Group vacations • Hangouts and outings Because planning the trip was only half the job. RoadPple helps you get everyone on board. Welcome aboard.
