Loadex app

Loadex is one app for everyone in a vehicle shipment: customers who need a car moved, carriers who haul it, and drivers on the road. Book a shipment, take the load, inspect the vehicle and follow every mile, without phone calls or paper forms. FOR CUSTOMERS • Book a shipment step by step: choose an open or enclosed trailer, add up to 10 vehicles, set pickup and delivery details and review the order. • Sign the contract and pay online with the payment methods offered for your order. • Follow each order from booking to delivery with a clear status history. • Open the inspection reports and documents for your shipment. FOR CARRIERS • Browse available loads with route, price and rate per mile. Filter by open or enclosed trailer and request the ones that fit your fleet. • Manage your drivers: add them, assign orders and unassign when plans change. • Keep orders, documents and inspections in one place. • Carrier accounts are approved by Loadex before taking loads. FOR DRIVERS • See your assigned orders and filter them by status: assigned, picked up or delivered. • Complete pickup and delivery inspections with photos from the camera or photo library, a vehicle damage map and signatures. • Share your live location with the customer while an order is in transit. Tracking stops once the order is delivered. SIMPLE AND SECURE • Register as a customer or carrier right in the app. • Sign in with your email and password, confirmed by an SMS code. • Reach support from any screen. LOCATION, CAMERA AND NOTIFICATIONS Loadex uses location, including in the background while a driver has an order in transit, to share the vehicle's position with the customer. The camera and photo library are used for inspection photos, and notifications keep you updated on your orders. Loadex vehicle transport serves customers, carriers and drivers in the United States.
