BigSams OMS

BigSams OMS is the order management app for Big Sam's sales, credit, warehouse, logistics and delivery teams. Every order — from booking to proof of delivery — in one app. ONE CLEAR HOME SCREEN See today at a glance: live orders, orders booked today with their value, and the archive. Open any stage you work on with one tap. THE FULL ORDER JOURNEY Follow every order through each step: Creation, Placed Order, Stock Transfer (STN), Credit Approval, Warehouse, Packing, Quality Check, Logistics Cost, Invoice, Dispatch and Delivery Acknowledgement. Partial deliveries, split orders and the full history of every order are kept. ORDER BOOKING Book orders with the right rate for each customer and channel. Duplicate PO checks, price approvals with the rupee difference on every line, and future orders. WAREHOUSE AND QUALITY Warehouse assignment, packing with batch details, quality-check photos and documents — all from your phone. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY Plan loads, assign delivery agents and track deliveries. Delivery agents start Live View while an order is on the way and close it with proof-of-delivery photos. SALES AND TEAM Sales Dashboard and Sales Ledger with booked, delivered and shortfall values. My Team shows your team month by month. Attendance check-in and check-out for field and warehouse staff. CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT Customer Master and OD Master views with credit limits, outstanding and overdue amounts, filtered to the customers you handle. DOCUMENTS Invoices, POs and delivery proofs open inside the app with zoom and download. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when an order reaches your stage, is approved, held or delivered. ROLE-BASED ACCESS Each person sees only the stages and customers assigned to them — sales, credit control, warehouse, QC, billing, logistics, delivery and administrators. SECURE All data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, sign-in is protected, and deactivated accounts are signed out immediately. WHO CAN USE IT BigSams OMS is for authorised Big Sam's staff and partners. Accounts are created by your administrator; sign in with the email and password you were given.
