Ayan

Ayan stops unsolicited real-estate, marketing, and business spam calls before your phone rings. Built specifically for UAE property owners. Operated by Yazdan Properties. HOW IT WORKS • A curated database of super-huge known spam callers is downloaded to your phone the first time you sign in. • Apple's Call Blocking & Identification system uses this list to silently reject calls — they never ring, they never appear in your notifications. • Identified spam calls show "Ayan: Spam Caller" in your Recents, so you can see what was blocked. • The list updates automatically as new spam numbers are reported. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN • No call audio, no SMS content, no contacts list, no GPS, no payments — Ayan never touches any of it. • Your data stays under your control. In-app one-tap export. In-app one-tap account deletion. • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Ever. • UAE PDPL aligned. COMMUNITY-VERIFIED BLOCKING Anyone in the Ayan community can report a number they believe is sending spam. Reports are reviewed against a community threshold — no single user can add a number unilaterally, so the list stays clean and accurate. YOUR PERSONAL WHITELIST Numbers you trust always get through, regardless of what's on the global blocklist. Family, friends, and legitimate business contacts won't be silenced. BUILT-IN UAE MORTGAGE CALCULATOR Bonus: Ayan includes a mortgage calculator powered by Yazdan's property expertise. Quickly estimate monthly payments, total interest, and amortization schedules — handy when you're deciding whether to buy. REQUIREMENTS • iPhone running iOS 15 or later • To activate: Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification → toggle "Ayan" ON. The app walks you through this on first launch. ABOUT YAZDAN PROPERTIES Ayan is operated by Yazdan Properties, a UAE-based real-estate company. We built Ayan because we kept hearing the same complaint from property owners: "I get 10–20 unsolicited agent calls a day." Ayan is our answer — built by people who understand the problem first-hand.
