Eternal Sigil is a 4X strategy MMO where the army you research decides the battles you win. Build your citadel, summon heroes, and fight live battles beside your alliance. LIVE BATTLEFIELDS Jump into a 5v5 match in seconds, or book a 20v20 war between alliances. Deploy your citadel, march squads to scout, attack and garrison, rally with your teammates, and hold the control points until victory is yours. FIVE TROOPS, REAL COUNTERS Infantry, Cavalry, Ranged, Magic and Siege. Every troop type beats two others and falls to one. There is no single best army: composition wins battles, so scout before you march. RESEARCH THAT SHAPES YOUR ARMY More than 200 technologies across eight research trees, from Military and Defense to Planar Magic and Hero Development. Research raises every troop type to higher tiers and opens the Siege Workshop and the Arcane Sanctum. BUILD YOUR CITADEL More than 30 building types on an isometric citadel that changes with the seasons. Queue construction, balance your economy, train troops, and fortify your walls. SUMMON HEROES FROM A POOL YOU CAN SEE 25 heroes in five roles, up to five per squad in a front, middle and back formation. Every summon draws from a finite pool, and before each pull you see exactly how many of each hero's shards are left. WYVERNS AND DRAGONS Hunt and raise wyverns of six elements, then hatch a dragon of your own as your world advances. ALLIANCES AND ARENA Join an alliance of up to 100 players. Rally together, pool resources into alliance research, and fight for control of cities across the world map. Climb the cross-server Arena ladder: attack rival defenses, and set a defense that holds while you are away. FREE TO PLAY Every hero, and a dragon of your own, can be earned through play. Bundles get some of them sooner and speed up your progress. The Hero Pass has a free track for every player.
