About The Sheet
The Sheet is a shared-expense ledger for trips, dinners, apartments, weekend plans, and anything else you split with other people. Create a sheet, add members, record who paid, and split each expense with a clear running balance. The Sheet shows who owes whom before you save, so everyone can understand the math without digging through a spreadsheet. Add expenses manually or scan receipt photos into itemized splits. Review and edit the merchant, items, tax, tip, total, currency, and assignments before anything is saved. Use The Sheet to: • Split trip costs, meals, rent, groceries, lodging, flights, and more • See who paid for others and who still owes • Split by shares, percentages, exact amounts, or adjustments • Track one-to-one balances with Tabs • Keep frequent people organized with Friends • Review expenses by category, member, and sheet • Log settlements when someone pays you back The Sheet is built for simple, transparent shared accounting. It does not send automatic messages, process payments, or require Contacts access. You stay in control of what gets added, shared, confirmed, and settled. Less awkward follow-up. No messy spreadsheet. Just a clear ledger for shared costs.
