welago: Group Trip Planner

Planning a trip with friends shouldn't take six weeks and 200 group chat messages. welago puts the whole trip in one place: pick dates everyone can actually do, see who's booked what, split the costs, and keep the plan somewhere nobody has to scroll back to find. NOBODY ELSE HAS TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING Send one link. Your crew opens the trip in their browser — no app, no account, no sign-up. The people who never install anything are usually the reason group planning stalls. Now they don't have to. FIND DATES THAT ACTUALLY WORK Everyone adds the dates they're free. welago works out the overlapping windows, filters them by how long the trip is and which day you'd rather start, and shows you who's available for each one. Lock in the winner or put it to a vote. EVERYONE'S TRAVEL ON ONE SCREEN Flights, hotels and rental cars for the whole crew in a single view. See who's on your flight and who's at your hotel without asking. Forward a confirmation email or paste a screenshot and the details fill themselves in — airline, flight number, times, seat, confirmation code. Add it all to Apple Wallet, and check live flight status on the day. DECIDE THINGS TOGETHER Start a discussion on anything — where to go, where to eat, what to do. Run a poll, let the crew vote, lock in the answer. Ask the AI assistant for ideas when nobody has one, or ask it something about your own trip, like what time everyone lands on Friday. SPLIT THE COSTS WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET Add an expense, choose who it's split between, and welago tracks who owes who. Photograph a receipt or upload one and the amount, date and category fill themselves in. SHARE THE ITINERARY One tap sends everyone a clean daily plan with their own travel details, the crew's contact numbers and the addresses they'll need — as a link or a printable PDF.
