Zonon - Private Meeting Notes

Zonon turns every meeting on your Apple Calendar into a clean, searchable record - without you typing a word. It listens through your Mac or iPhone, tells you who said what, writes everything down, and hands you a short summary with the decisions and follow-ups already drafted. Action items land straight in your Reminders app. Recap emails are one tap away. And it all stays on your device. Your audio, your transcripts, your summaries - they never leave your Mac or iPhone. The only thing that touches the internet is Sign in with Apple. FROM CALENDAR TO CLEAN SUMMARY • Watches your calendar and starts recording at the right time - no buttons to press • Listens cleanly through your Mac, iPhone, AirPods or any Bluetooth headset • Labels each speaker so the transcript reads like a script • Live captions on screen as people speak • Real-time translation when you're talking across languages • Short summary, key decisions, open questions, and a clear action list • Pre-meeting brief: ten minutes before, see what was last said with the same people • Search every meeting in plain English - "what did we decide about pricing?" • One-tap recap email or message, already written for you FITS INTO YOUR APPLE LIFE Zonon writes back into the apps you already trust - nothing new to learn. • Calendar - picks up the meetings you already have • Reminders - action items show up in a "Zonon" list; tick them off there and it's done in Zonon too • Notes - export a clean recap with one tap • Spotlight - every meeting indexed, searchable from anywhere • Siri & Shortcuts - open a meeting, jump to a decision, kick off a follow-up • Continuity - start on iPhone, finish on Mac • AirPods & Bluetooth - auto-routes to whatever you're wearing • Mail & Messages - recap drafts ready to send • iCloud - optional, only if you turn it on PRIVACY YOU CAN CHECK Most "AI meeting" tools ship your conversations to a server. Zonon doesn't. • Recordings stay on your device • Transcripts and summaries stay on your device • Smart summaries run on Apple Intelligence, on-device • We have nothing to "see" - your meeting content never reaches us • Delete a meeting and it's actually gone • Sign in with Apple, with the option to hide your real email BUILT NATIVE, NOT WRAPPED Zonon is built end-to-end on Apple frameworks: Speech, SoundAnalysis, Foundation Models, NaturalLanguage, EventKit, Core Spotlight. That's why it feels fast, fits Apple's design language, and respects your battery. REQUIREMENTS • Mac: macOS Sequoia or newer • iPhone & iPad: iOS 26 / iPadOS 26 or newer • Smart summary: Apple Intelligence (newer Macs & iPhones) - the rest works without it • Sign-in: Sign in with Apple PRICING Free during the beta. No ads. No tracking. No selling your data - there's nothing for us to sell. SUPPORT Questions, bugs, or feature requests? Email [email protected]. We read every message.
