Scope This is Western philosophy, from the Pre-Socratics to contemporary thought. Year 2 runs from the Church Fathers to the early moderns and gives Islamic and Jewish philosophy a course of its own: Avicenna, Averroes, Al-Ghazali and Maimonides alongside Augustine and Aquinas. The curriculum does not cover Eastern or Asian traditions. There is no video, no discussion feed and no cloud sync. Your progress lives on the device you read on. Privacy Liminal has no servers of its own. There is no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifier and no tracking, and nothing you do is uploaded.
