Ice Block: Focus & App Blocker

Ice Block stops you from opening distracting apps while you study. Pick the apps that pull you away — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, games — start a focus session, and watch the ice melt while your blocked apps stay inaccessible. Built for the moment you sit down to study, check your phone "for one second," and lose the next hour. Use Ice Block for: • Homework and essay writing • Exam and SAT prep • Lecture note-taking • Reading and deep work • Breaking doomscroll loops • Any study block where your phone keeps winning Why students use it: • Block the apps you open on autopilot • Make scrolling require more effort than starting • Protect one study block at a time • See the ice melt as time passes and your apps stay frozen • No shame, no guilt — just a wall between you and the scroll This is not another reminder you can swipe away. Ice Block uses Apple Screen Time to add a real barrier between you and the apps that break your focus before it starts. When willpower loses, add a wall. Start a session. Freeze the scroll. Get through the block. Terms of Use: https://stella-lane-associates.com/iceblock/terms
